Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be in their original condition and with all labels attached.

Return Policy

1. For those who have an account

If you register an account when using the service, you can make a return request.

Submit a return request

Click on your profile icon in the store menu or
Go to our refund policy or returns page to request a return.

1. Log in to your account.

  1. Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent by the store and
    Copy the 6-digit verification code provided in the email.
  3. Return to the online store and enter the 6-digit verification code.

2. Click the order you want to process a return for.

3. If your order has multiple items, select the item you want to return.

4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.

5. Click Submit Request.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required,
You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Refunds will be given after the item is returned.

If there is a problem with the product, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
